Welcome to the ASR!

The Australian Society of Rheology is a not-for-profit professional and scholarly association whose primary goal is to promote and grow the field of rheology in Australia. We manage the Korea-Australia Rheology Journal jointly with the Korean Society of Rheology. We organize the Australia-Korea Rheology Conference and other meetings, and regular seminars to bring together academic researchers and industry practitioners. We foster and support students, researchers, and practitioners beginning their careers in this exciting field. We are particularly interested in encouraging more women into rheology.

We are open to all who have an interest in rheology and its growth in the Australasian region. There are no formal requirements for entry.  We are privileged to count amongst our members some of the leading rheologists in the world from both academia and industry.
