Accommodation
“New College Ensuite Rooms” are available at the University College, 40 College Crescent, Parkville, Victoria, 3052.
The typical new ensuite rooms are located in both the Sweet and Roper wings of the College. Hot and Continental breakfast is included each day. Breakfast runs from 7am-9:30am at College Dining Hall. The utility room and the junior common room can be used during your stay.
Please note that rooms are single occupancy only.
Abstract Submission
Seminar talks will be for 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
Posters will be of A0 size and can be in portrait or landscape format.

Conference Registration
The registration fee is AUD $850 for full registration and AUD $425 for a student registration. An early-bird discount AUD $50 is available. The registration fee covers the Conference Dinner on Wednesday, 6th Dec. The registration also included 1-year ASR membership. The online registration provides options for payment via PayPal or through direct bank transfer. Please note the full/student registration fees and other items (accommodation, etc.) are ex-GXT. The amount of tax will be showed at the bottom of the online registration webpage.
Tickets for the Short Course and accommodation
can be separately purchased while registering.
