Rheology workshop in Auckland, December 2012

The University of Auckland and MEP Instruments are jointly organising a Rheology Workshop in Auckland on 05–06 December 2012. This workshop will cover the basics of rheological testing methods, including a hands-on session, and will have a particular focus on food and material rheology and data interpretation. In addition to presentations by Dr. Yacine Hemar (University of Auckland) and Dr. Sumanta Raha (MEP Instruments – Anton Paar), Dr. Loic Hilliou, Director of EURHEO (European Masters in Engineering Rheology) has been invited to give lectures on large deformation rheology.
