PACRIM website launched
The website for the 6th Pacific Rim Conference on Rheology has been launched at http://www.pacrimrheology.com/
The University of Auckland and MEP Instruments are jointly organising a Rheology Workshop in Auckland on 05–06 December 2012. This workshop will cover the basics of rheological testing methods, including a hands-on session, and will have a particular focus on food and material rheology and data interpretation. In addition to presentations by Dr. Yacine Hemar (University of Auckland) and Dr. Sumanta Raha (MEP Instruments – Anton Paar), Dr. Loic Hilliou, Director of EURHEO (European Masters in Engineering Rheology) has been invited to give lectures on large deformation rheology.
On Wednesday the 24th of October, 2012, the next instalment of our seminar series will be held at Swinburne University of Technology, which will comprise lectures from Dr. Sergey Suslov and Assoc. Prof. Richard Manasseh.
